You think nobody realizes the way you hover at the edges. Neither imaginary nor real. You think the secret you’re
harbouring is so protected, this projection of a carefree happy being is going
to be representative of the un-wholeness of your being. The hurts, the pain,
the doubts, you collect them like treasures that do nothing but hinder you.
You’re made from much greater material than those things
pulling you down. Disillusionment ? We all have those. It just depends on how
quick you’re going to be to brush it out of your eyes and get back on track. Those words holding you back,
those stares slowing your steps, those actions hurting you bad, they don’t owe
you. You owe yourself the change you crave, the greatness you deserve to
experience. If you choose to be greater than the sum of all the horrid things
that people around you inflict upon you, do you have any idea how great you’ll
be ? How wonderful you already are ?
Greatness, is a choice. Yours.
Keep away from people who belittle your ambition. Small people always do that, but the really great, make you feel that you too, can become great. – Mark Twain
