All things have to come to an end, even the good ones,
especially the good ones. Believe me, I know they seem so much harder to put
down. I’m sorry this had to end for you, but you need to stop running around in
circles. How many hours have you spent thinking about this person ? How many
times have you agonized over the many different thens that could have changed the now. How many moments have you tried weaving the broken threads
back together to form a tapestry that will be nothing but a collage of hazy
memories.
These memories you carry around as keepsakes will do nothing
but weigh down your walk and hinder the skip in your steps. It’s not going to
be easy, but try giving someone else a chance, because you’ll never know how
much richer life could be. Give people a chance to get to know you, give them
that chance to be there for you because sometimes a hand to hold in the silence
is comforting. Mostly because you need that chance too.
